Through the contact form we collect: full name, email, telephone (optional), expressed interest and message. The data is processed solely to respond to your request (sending the brochure, updates on the TK 1500, arranging a shipyard visit, general information) and, with your consent, for the possible sending of updates on the TK models.
The form is managed via the Formspree service (Formspree Inc.), which receives and forwards the data to the controller by email. The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google) and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless aggregate-statistics tool that collects no personal data and does not track visitors across sites. For this reason no cookie consent banner is required.
The data is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and, where consent to receive updates has been given, until such consent is withdrawn.
You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to info@tk-cruise.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
